Entering Aquarius
So long as there is power there will be power cycles. William Strauss and Neil Howe’s excellent book on generations, The Fourth Turning, well outlines post-war power cycles. The second post-war generation is inevitably marked by spiritual renewal, much as the Sixties bought the first generation past the big war to new spiritual origins. Henry James’s The Bostonians reveals a similar culture in the Boston region late in the century and his brother William James’s book, The Varieties of Religious Experiences, became the text book of modern psychology. On the continent came the rush of Orientalism; Yeats, Khrishnamurti, Madame Blavatsky at the same time.
The Strauss/Howe view is based on the archetypes; one generation opposes the last and takes its values from the one before. This was observed by Roman historians and Taoists as well. The post-war cycle ends in the 60th year, the end of the third post-war generation. And after 20 years of war and wanderings, a new cycle begins. Likewise the “spiritual renewal” period occurs every 60 years. As the antithesis of war and chaos in the second post-war generation.
And when this begins people naturally come to look at things they have avoided or keep subliminally at other times, like astrology. When they do they look to beginnings. This constant 60-year cycle forms a “natural history” which transcends all cultural changes like war and revolution and returns the culture to the exact same point of origin every time. It has the effect of immortalizing the beginnings of the astrological cycles. People have always looked to the beginning of the Platonic Month; the thre Magi and the birth of the Christ for 2000 years. I happened to notice yesterday a picture of the Christ as Anima Mundi in Tarot cards surrounded by the four elements. For two thousand years astrologers looked to the beginning moment of Pisces; year 1 Pisces, or zero. There were the three magi and the birth of the Christ. Likewise, through history ahead and its "spirit" cycles, year 0 or year 1 Aquarius will be fettered out. That will be year 2000 and 2001.
It is possible to see now what will be seen as “awakening” Aquarius as the birth of Christ awakened the Age of Pisces. This will be prominent in the popular and naïve culture (culture not designed by academics, institutions’ or professionals; culture that is unselfconscious). We start with The Matrix and go on to the Tolkien Trilogy which was showing in movies (air and electricity = Aquarius). Harry Potter can be seen as the Aquarian; he is the earth shaman who precedes Calvin, the pre-Newtonian determinist. Harry is child of the Earth Mother direct - he even had a lightning bolt indicating him to be so betweenhis eyes on his forehead. And he comes with a "generational shadow" - Captain Jack Sparrow; earth and water, the yin elements of the zodiac. (In the recent Lost series Ben (identified as the Piscean Christ in the second season) actually goes to the North Pole where the earth is aligned to the North Star and turns the turnstile; changing the age from Pisces to Aquarius (John Locke is acknowledged by Richard Alpert [which was the name of Ram Dass, Timothy Leary’s colleague at Harvard] a Taoist immortal as the Aquarian leader). Lost and the Survivor TV shows are “returning to earth” myths like the crop circle - virtually flying saucers on the ground - indicators imply.
I believe this transition ends/begins with Twilight; it is the first vampire movies – vampire movies are “silence of God” or “empty crypt” myths – in which the Undead – people from the Unconscious – are the “Shining Ones” – this is a “return of the gods" instead of absence of God. The writer, Stephenie Meyer of Arizona, says the book came to her entirely in a dream.
The next “spiritual” cycle like the Sixties or the Khrisnamurti/Yeats/Blavatsky period will be about 2025. We are now with the economic crash at the end of the post-war cycle. Nothing can retrieve it. Things will continue to break. The “pilgrim” generation which renews the world – as explained by Strauss and Howe – is only about 13 years old right now – this is the audience of 25 million for Twilight. (Note: the “Greatest Generation” which ended German fascism and rebuilt the world under Eisenhower was only 9 years old at the beginning of the Great Depression in 1929.)
In this light the year 2012 should be interesting. I noticed on a CNN briefing yesterday that the Aztecs prophecy was actually given contemporary credibility by a scientific discovery. In the 1950s scientists discovered that that the Sun will be aligned with the center of the Milky Way in 2012 (if I have this right). The scientists in the article used this to declare that the Incas “knew nothing about this” and thus could not have made a prediction through their technology and systems of thinking. But obviously it is a synchronicity.
In any case, when the origins of the Age or Aquarius are recalled it will constantly recall the events and culture of the years 2000 and 2001 over the millennia, just as the birth of the Christ is still recalled and immortalized today even at the aftermath of the Age of Pisces.
Incidently, several of what can be considered "Aquarian" culture "move" the source; Dali, in The Temptation of St. Anthony" moves it from Rome (Vatican) to a desert which appears to be Texas and a Buddhist monk in "The Second Coming of Christ." Jung, sees "another Swiss" (Self) in Liverpool - a here the British (Anglo) empire flips from Extroverted to Introverted as it did in Rome - the external empire merely in time the casing for the spirit empire to follow (Toynbee suggests this as well; in history, he says, yang turns to yin over time). Ben in Lost switches the "island" to someplace else. In Twilight, Seattle is the home of new awakenings and where the gods hatch. I get most of this from my young daughter but from what I understand, all vampires are simple those who exist in the Unconscious or who have an actual inner life. They may be seen as Templars. In this Twilight venue the last cycle are the Voterie, Roman Italians in a clear reference to old school Roman Catholics. The vampires go to Italy for retreat. But everyone does, no? Is like a magnet.

Broken right leg in Twilight and Lost - note to Kristin
The leg is the astrological body sign for Aquarius. At the end of the Twilight movie Bella breaks her right leg and it is broken at the "marriage of opposites" dance in the gazebo. Right leg broke; right side of body is left brain control - Bella yields to right brain: Bella restores the right brain; she is the Earth Mother. Likewise, as John Locke "turns the stile" to put the world back on its axis in Lost and shift the paradigm form the Age of Pisces to the Age of Aquarius, he breaks his right leg. John Locke is the Aquarian. In recent episodes it has been revealed that this series is about the last days of the Christ; the Christ - Ben - gone mad at the end of his realm as suggested in Revelations. Ben is identified as the Christ in season 2 by the Christ wound and by the Dostoyevsky book Brothers K - chapter of The Grand Inquisitor. IN recent episodes they are in a Catholic church in England beneath a picture of Thomas putting his finger in the Christ's wound, the Carravaggio painting, just as Ben had played that role earlier in Season 2: He refers to Locke as a "proxi" suggesting the Christ and Locke is told that he will be the "sacrifice." Note to Kristin: Interesting note I happened to find on line elsewhere by Gregory Sova making the point that people who have near death experiences later have REM dream interfering into awake time. Thought of your comments re Mircea Idiade in his book Shamanism. Idiade makes the point that male shamans become shamans after a near death experience. I've long thought about that as I had a major lung operation - had the top of my right lung removed (was tough - had to cut down to one pack a day after that) - 30 years ago. My dreams changed, my life changed, everything changed. It got better.

Nice connection between LOST and Twilight. I didn't catch that they both had broken right legs.
When I had my UFO breakdown and journey out West a few years ago, it included a pain shooting up all along my right leg.
I could never figure out why I felt it, or if it was just in my mind. But it felt real to me.

UFOs and the Mother
Wonder if UFOs are a manifestation of the Mother rather than Father; moon rather than sun, or Andromeder; our Mother in the Sky, who dangles the two fish of pisces by a string, coming back to us - circle is sign of psyche and psyche is feminine. They seem more like little moons - always in dark and shadow with just a few blinking lights - rather than suns & they awakened in the culture as we rose to the moon before and after 1969; a journey to Mother. I had a dream years ago about two moons, then one came to earth and it was actually a round iron bathosphere with someone talking in it. It was one of those months when there were two full moons within the same month and my "spirit friend" - a woman in NC - happened to have a female baby between those moons.

UFO's
Perhaps a confirmation--I had a dream the other night that basically said the UFO's were of the mother energy. Something about the color blue too.
The orbs I'd seen looked like they were self-illuminating but didn't give off light like a star or flare or airplane light would. So I would say yes, it looked more like they were lit by reflection from the inside just like the moon is lit by reflected sunlight.
Cheers,
Michael

Re: Broken Right Leg
Bernie, Michael...
This reminds me of a comment an inner figure made in 1999 when a flood of visions, dreams, voices began. I wanted to know what help I could expect in understanding the meaning of all this material that was pouring into view. The comment was,
| Quote: | | You will be blind, you will be lame. |
As Remo notes - such a condition implies introversion (laming ='s end of "doing" - a giving up), and the black head of Osiris (blind ='s inner or Eros ego consciousness "seeing" - not Logos ego consciousness using). In this manner the lower chakras, the belly brain area, that "mind" informs the "brain" via the inner movie and symbolically informs one how to live. One encounters the inner UFO - that inner "radiation" illumination.

Robot Self/ new direction
Thank you Michael and Gregory. Thought I would pass along this picture - so telling of the times post-war. It is from the movie "Devil Girl from Mars" - 1954. You can see that Anima (the Devil Girl) is leading the crowd to the Self. Self looks like a kind of robot, which is a kind of homunculous. Self looks like a city mail box.
Compare to say the octapus; a living BaGua - a living Self figure from the earth's Unconscious.
Incidentlly, FYI, here is an essay in the very mainstream press - CNN - which says that some 20 states have in the past two weeks proposed state sovereignty resolutions in their states. These are based on Thomas Jefferson's Kentucky Resolutions which he wrote during the unconstitutional Alien and Sedition Acts; Jefferson claimed that if the government passed unconstitutional laws the federal contract was null and void. I used the Kentucky Resolutions at the beginning of the war on Iraq to claim that my state - New Hampshire - and others up here need not participate without the consent of our governor. No one but George Kennan was interested and he endorsed our initiative. However, I was adopted up here by the "free staters' - followers of Ron Paul - and I wrote a variety of articles for one of their periodicals about the Jefferson perspective (agrarian; regional culture) vs. the Hamilton (corporate; one world goverment). My interest was of course psychological - I've no interest in politics except when it messes with my life and my family which it does. Switzerland's canton-based republic was our model for a better life but it was always cultural. Anyway, my local reps - Free Staters - proposed this same idea as a general theme two weeks ago. Now 28 states have adopted the idea.
Stimulaous Raises States Soveriegnty Issues - CNN
Noticed that they - my free stater friends - use the phrase "they drank the Obama Kool Aid" - which is a little edgy when you consider that Obama actually has a guy named Jim Jones (General James L. Jones, National Security Advisor) in his Cabinet. Alors. Jim Jones, for you young 'uns, was the leader of the People's Temple, a Christian doomsday cult. Over 800 members died in a mass suicide by drinking kool aid laced with poison. IN 1978.
Notice the crowds in both the Devil Girl picture and the Jim Jones picture above. Same crowds.

The Trouble With Hope
Dealing with the criminal derivatives, like CDS (Credit Default Swaps), etc. - millions of such contracts entered into by AIG in the “shadow” banking system worth a notional value that nobody will provide transparency about - will bring light of day to the real scope of the economic meltdown problem, i.e., the world is insolvent. Over a QUADRILLION $ in such gambling is on the balance sheets of the global economy. But nobody wants to touch that one. The pundits, the nightly news, the politicians, etc. talk about everything but the root cause of the economic problem for such criminal derivatives amplify losses by at least 10:1. Dealing with that issue would be REAL CHANGE one can count on =’s declare such criminal derivatives as null and void and let the criminal banksters and gamblers fail. Instead the ObamaNation pumps more and more tens of billions into AIG who then pays off their bad bets – keeping like this the entire world’s financial system afloat for these payments go not only to Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sacks and hedge funds but overseas to foreign banks and their hedge funds as well. The Hopiums in the ObamaNation of Desolation (Dan. 9:27) who are pursuing the extreme left liberal agenda wet dream of socialism in the Hopium of creating Bamelot (health care for all, a home for all, etc.) - think that by forgiving debt, socializing losses, passing endless stimulus packages, undertaking unlimited bail-outs & bail-ins the shopped-out consumer (who represent 70% of the USA GDP economy) will start consuming again and thus reflate the credit bubble which will reflate the debt bubble and all balance sheets look reasonable again because home prices will rebound, the shopped-out consumer will go back to the stores, etc. This is the unsustainable dangerous path the USA and even the global economic thinking is pursuing. And for this Nobel Price’s are given in economics – mostly to Americans who have exported this crap. What a joke! There is nothing Nobel about it. If such a process does turn around the global economy the USA for sure is in a very dangerous long term situation of facing hyperinflation. This is what I have learned about the economic troubles facing our world.
Of course the psychological aspect is the main interest for me as well. For me psychic energy =’s money in a dream for example. So it is as if giving psychic energy to the inner world by learning from one’s dreams, etc. – accumulating that wealth - has been high jacked in favor of pursuing only outer money/wealth. This expenditure of outer only psychic energy business of the ego activity needs to be killed off – pared back to a more balanced state of attending to inner and outer growth. In the meantime the psyche, the World Soul, has been orphaned and this has dire consequences because our adaptation is so one-sided that a tremendous enantiodromia has been constellated as can be seen in the following dire prediction of talking points concerning coming outer events.
The following should be hidden from children’s eyes because of its scary content.

Isaac Asimov economics
Thanks, Gregory: Commodities guru Jim Rogers and plenty others have predicted this right along; the mainstream media is much like the old Politiburu but self regulating to promote one point of view - HOllywood and the main media are a virtual Mao Theater for the economic culture. I've been predicting long term a binary America East Coast/West Coast springing a jewel in between much as Roman Empire in Rome (Logos) countervailed Roman Empire Constantinople (Eros) and brought forth a unique culture between on Ile de la Cite between 400 ad and 1400 ad - the red states in the U.S. are purely agricultural and don't share in the coastal political culture. But what we are seeing instead is that the West coast is simply retreating back east. California is losing population and is 42 billion in negative. It should be growing with the Asian economic cycle (as London did with the growth of NY) but it is not. Rogers has a kind of cycle that a culture goes through an agriculture period - colonial England in the 1800s, then an industrial cycle - England and New York in the 1900s and then an investment cycle England in the early century and New York in the 1990s. Then it is over. It is back to farming after a generation of mayhem if you have land. Rogers has moved to Singapore. The Obama administration is pretending to be Roosevelt in the Great Depression just as Bush pretended to be Eisenhower in WW II. They really have no idea what to do. Obama adviser Paul Krugman was given a Nobel Prize in economics this year: His cultural underpinning - what he says he based his thinking on - is Isaac Asimov. This could descend into mayhem and very, very quickly. Smarter guys like historian Niall Ferguson are predicting violence.

About to flip . . .
Gregory, Michael, y'all . . .
As per the above discussion, the American culture is about to flip. I'd say by August 8.

Aug 8
The other day—Jul 22—I was walking the labyrinth, having been directed to do so in my morning journaling. Thinking about my grandson whose 17th birthday it was . . . so young to be entering Creative Studies at UCSB as a physics major in a matter of weeks. And then I remembered it was also the feast day of Mary Magdalene. And it hit me that on the ancient calendar of cross-quarter days the lives of numerous feminine goddesses-become-saints are celebrated beginning with the Magdalene on July 22nd and concluding with the Aug 15th day so celebrated by Jung of Mary’s Ascension to Queen of Heaven.
“By August 8th.” An interesting date.
The woman in red? Babylon vs “the Woman with the moon at her feet; twelve stars in her crown.”
Aug 6th to 9th—Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
The dropping of the other shoe?
A magnitude 8 earthquake?
Or the next un-thought-of awakening shock?
Peace,
Ann

08 08 (08)
Hi Bernie and others,
I've had a lot of Aug 8th's Synchronicities in the past two years. All of them were related to an energy that would bring "divorce" to the Coniunctio or Holy Wedding. 08/08/08, naturally was a popular (material and literal) wedding day around the world. My wife used to work in the women's section of a second hand store. I picked her up at that location for our first date. Back then I had just delved into the Seal of Salomo symbolism, and perceived the fact that the location showed two house numbers 33 of two different streets vis-a-vis as a strong synchronicity (33 = double-triadic god image = Seal of Salomon).
On 08/08/08 a man walked into the shop and spilled a box full of jewelry on the counter. It was his (ex-)wife's. He wanted to get rid of it, because they had gotten divorced. I thought it was a peculiar event, as it happened on this 'world wedding day'. Two aquaintances of mine share their birthday: 08/08. Both of them I associate with a latent Catholic power-complex and the associated fatherly will to sacrifice a son. I wrote about my idiosyncratic link between the number 8 and power-cycles or power-complexes in general. One of the aquaintances which I have felt 'haunted' or 'stalked' by, is a heavy LSD-user who is now a prolific post doc student of philosophy in Santa Cruz, the other one is a Bavarian Catholic woman, whom I feel very uncomfortable with, but who just seems to pop up everywhere in my life from time to time.
I also associate the number 8 with Jesus and the self-offering of Logos consciousness. I don't understand this link between Jesus and the number 8 yet, but I have run into it quite frequently on the net. Timothy Leary's 8 crcuit-model of consiousness culminates in the eigth circuit, called the "neuro-atomic" circle. He associates the 7th circuit with LSD-usage, and the 8th with Ketamine, I believe. It involves being freed from the relativistic boundaries of time and space. I feel that this mode of consciousness is strongly related to the 'unio mentalis', the spiritual disengagement of the soul from the body, but that the 'unio corporalis', as the the second part of the coniunctio requires a relinquisment of this 'freedom' and a reentry into the corporeal realm. In Timothy Leary's model this would be equivalent to a 'ninth circuit', which has not yet evolved on a collective level, and would be related to psychophysical reality and Jung's 'sympathetic consciousness'.
LSD stems from a parasitic fungus, which afflicts crop, chiefly rye. It's called ergot (claviceps pupurea) in English, but "Mutterkorn" (mother corn) in German for it's effects on the uturus. Hubbard's Scientological system might be inspired by the 8-circuits model aswell. In this context I would associate "8" with a "parasitic" logos access to Mother Earth, and possibly the unus mundus. These eightballs of consciousness would be "parasites" in the unus mundus. On the contrary, the 'ninth degree' would be a 'legitimate' or 'real' access to eros consiousness. It would be the consciousness of the crop, rather than the fungal parasite. The brothers of St. Anthony were fouded to treat people who contrated ergotism, esentially a LSD trip, from eating contaminated bread, and ergotism was called Saint Anthony's Fire back in mideval times. In my Homo Luminous BCI vision Saint Anthony the Great appeared, and a rainbow seal of Salomo emerged out of his desert fight with the demons. When I looked for an image resembling my 'golden man' vision, I typed in 'homo luminous' and came up with the exact image of my vision (the rainbow Seal of Salomo seems to be the alchemistic symbol of the 'homo luminous'). In my BCI vision a light blue Seal of Salomo equalling the Star of David had to be vivified by a rainbow beam stemming from the awakening of the rainbow snake and its rotation in the abdomen.
This post is quite associative. I hope I'll get to the homo luminous post now. You frequently mention the number 64 in your last posts, Bernie. It is related to the alchemistic 'Denarius' associated with the Holy Wedding archetype, I believe. It marked my synchronistic entry in this forum. The unio corporalis requires a reunion of body and soul, which have been separated (divorced?) in the preceding unio mentalis. Number 8 is the revered number of buddhism. I wrote a poem titled "ACHTMACHT" (eight power) during my "enlightment experience" in Michigan in June 2000. Could eight be associated with power cycles? Or closed cyrcles? I feel the number 9 will bring new birth from mother earth. John Lennon's assasination is surrounded by number 9 synchronicities (haven't you posted about that, Bernie?). So maybe John Lennon's assassination is synchronistically linked to this 'ninth degree consciousness', which will let us enter the tomb of Earth and rise from it to the intermediary realm of the unus mundus, which melds spirit and animal nature in a materialisation of the Holy Weddding in the heart chakra. I feel, '9' is the realm where power doesn't matter anymore.
'8' will still bring forth 'dual natures' like the Beatles and Charles Manson, or Wittgenstein and Hitler (there's an intereseting 'conspiracy book' about their possible love relationship in the Austrian city of Linz. '8' is the neoplatonic Alchemy, '9' the hermetic one. I'm associating quite freely. So this post is merely experimental. '9' of course is closely related to birthcycles. '8' is a number of binary symmetry rather than triadic, a number that can be 'handled' by the power of logos consciousness or even symbolizes this power. So might '8' still be related to dialectic juxtapositioning of opposites? Black and White. '9' is red, the third phase of the alchemist opus, not black, not white, and certaily not their dialectic synthesis.
Take care,
Jan

8 and opposites
Jan - Eight and opposites you mention. When I look for opposites or dual nature there is Shadow but the inner life of the Shadow I look for relating to the person. I am not contradicting you but pointing out that in our time of full power manifestation and earth mother in remission. So when we look to yin yang, the dual nature the Yin we see lives is the Shadow of the Yang which is not the same thing. That is, my anima is not the same as a real woman just as her animus is not the same as a real man, so there are four things. So it would be a man like myself imaging a yin and institutionalizing it as the Feminine in the culture. When there is in fact no Feminine or True Yin present at all or the only yin present is that which conforms to my dominant taste and desires and of course in this, I don't have a clue, only appetite and desire for clones. I think it is inherent in the short hand Hegelian thinking we do: thesis and anti-thesis we picture as yin and yang, but two men swordfighting is not yin and ynag it it Yang + and Yang -. Yin is off in the cosmos somewhere completely excluded. It is original yin - Psyche - we experience possibly with UFOs. When I lived in Tobaccoville, North Carolina, all the people -deeply religious fundamentalist Christians - believed in UFOs and had the experience.
I would like to hear about your Michigan enlightenment experience. I felt it was the "center of the world" (East, West, South and the Great White North) when I was there. Perhaps the life force of the Lakes, the water star of rich spiritual power, Manitou, Native America's creator spirit. We were at Ann Arbor for three years - my wife is a librarian. Experience: We bought an old house there and I restored it - it had 80 to 150 bats in the attic we discovered. I went to an Indian art store one day and as I walked in the Indian, who I had never seen before called over and said, "Come here, I have something for you." It was a bat carved out of a deer bone. I know how to chase bats away with out hurting them now. I fell off the roof painting the house and couldn't walk for six weeks so I wrote this manuscript, The Titan and The Egg - Entering Aquarius, with all the Beatles and Dali stuff. Clarice, the Canadian woman who was here at the beginning with Remo and Roger had clairvoyant dreams about that period. She found my name in her dream journal and had identified two body injuries I'd sustained years before. That is Original Yin.
Dual Nature also can be seen and related to this as one here in our time and one form the Unconscious. Like the Twins, Jesus/John, Beatles/Rolling Stones, Christian/Islam, U.S./U.S.S.R. Same karma, light and dark . . . but I just see these as impressions.
8 is fascinating as the Ba Gua. I talk here all the time about the TV show Lost, which is an Aquarian "returning to earth" myth in which the dominants change from Judeo/Christian to something else - hippie Buddhism. The Bagua is the eight-sided figure. As mentioned, the Christian Quaternity can be seen as three males - Father, Son, Spirit (fire boy, Trickster, half kin of Psyche) and one woman force - Mary/Psyche. There is as well a Female Quaternity; the Three Sisters and their Star Child (Robert Graves, The White Goddess)- a boy, Sun King/Deathless Child, born every year on Winter solstice. Together they form an eight. And the one opposite sex one in the set in the window or time passage to the "other side" So Leibnitz refered to this oracle when he discovered calculus, comparing it to the I Ching, the eights, symbolized by the Ba gua.
Here is the Dharma Initiative logo from Lost - eight 8s or 64 - the gods hide in low place.

SOLIFICATIO -- CROP-CONSCIOUSNESS -- QUANTUM LEAP 8/9
Hey Bernie,
| Quote: | | I fell off the roof painting the house and couldn't walk for six weeks so I wrote this manuscript, The Titan and The Egg - Entering Aquarius, with all the Beatles and Dali stuff. Clarice, the Canadian woman who was here at the beginning with Remo and Roger had clairvoyant dreams about that period. She found my name in her dream journal and had identified two body injuries I'd sustained years before. That is Original Yin. |
This is exactly what I experienced during my "enlightment experience" on WATERLOO POND, GRASS LAKE, MI: ORIGINAL YIN! Two weeks straight! But I couldn't bare up with this cosmic energy flow, couldn't keep centered and subsequently strode of into an excess, some sort of short term mania, kind of like an orgiastic dissipation of this energy. It may sound pretentious, narcissitic, megalomaniac, but at the time (these two weeks in June / July 2000) I could literally see into people's heart's, especially women's, and find lost objects. It is easy to get hooked on the power aspect of such an experience, because one is temporaily endowed with a god-like omnipotence, but getting seduced by this power aspect brings forth the subsequent 'manic (yang) Yin is off in the cosmos somewhere completely excluded. It is original yin - Psyche - we experience possibly with UFOs. When I lived in Tobaccoville, North Carolina, all the people -deeply religious fundamentalist Christians - believed in UFOs and had the experience.
dissipation' of that cosmic yin energy. Still in that visionary state I wrote a poem right after the experience. I did wirte a lot in English back then, but this one was in German. It's title is 'Wanderung in die Wurzel der Waelder' (Wandering / Hiking into the Roots of the Forests). The experience was intensly sexual, I would call it panerotic, as I felt like copulating with mother earth (the trees, the lake, etc.) and the cosmos at the same time, and I emanated this panerotic energy for the time of my staying in Michigan back then. I'll try to translate the poem, and provide a more detailed description of my Waterloo Pond experience. 'WATERLOO POND' I associate with the SOLIFICATIO of logos-consciousness in the AQUA MERCURIUS, alluding to the grand deafeat of Napoleon (DEATH OF THE KING / EMPEROR?). Why do so many psychotics believe to be Napoleon? There has to be some archetypical energy flow underlying and fueling the historical figure of the French Emperor. He will later die on Saint Helena (Emperor Constantine's Mother who rediscovered the Cross (!) -- an event which Catholics celebrate on my birthday, Sept 14th -- Emperor Hadrian had allegedly built a VENUS TEMPLE (EROS-CONSCIOUSNESS?) on Jesus tomb in order to disrupt Christian worship). And Napoleon most probably died from Arsenic poisening, caused by his favorite color, Paris Green, which was all over the tapestry in his Atlantic exile. The number of Arsenic in the periodic table is 33 (--> doubke-triadic god-image? Seal of Salomo? Death of Jesus?).

Yes, most certainly so. I believe, the UFO experience is the "alienated" vision of YIN-ENERGY. The theme of the UFO / ALIEN "returning home" would be a homecoming to what I have come to call "CROP CONSCIOUSNESS", which would be an eros-, or earth-consciousness. As soon as the envisioned UFO appearence's are brought down into the belly, they dissolve (SOLIFICATIO? "vs. a world rendered insolvent"?) into SYMPATHETIC CROP-COSCIOUSNESS, which centers the soul in some kind of still-point, the home of the infamous CROP-CIRCLEMAKER, which has been called OROLORO on various New Age forums. This state of consciousness, I believe, is highly related to the CREATIO CONTINUA of the world soul, growing its own phallus from the atominzed parts of the dead king (logos) in it's womb. As males we have to encounter our deep rooted castration angst to use a Freudian phrase, if we seek true contact with this cosmic yinn energy flow, which is 'completely excluded' as you have put it, and alway will be excluded in this way. It is the center, the dharma, the ninth degree, in all the eightfold symmetries of buddhism or double-quaternio, etc. And as in modern numerolgy, the ninth, is equal to ZERO, and can be neglected, or crossed out, but it is the source of all true new creation.
So much for now, I hope this is elucidating in any way, I followed the flow your request for further detail unleashed and ingnited,
Jan
P.S.: I have had some 08/08 synchronicities again. They all seem to allude to an individual and collective death ride. Right now, I feel something might happen, something at least moderately apocalyptic. But we can help preventing it. If we shift to the ninth degree, to crop consciousness, to the de-alienated belly UFO, to the cosmic source of birth cycles, rather than power-cycles (eightfold symmetries), to the richness, rather than the void of the void. Modern economy started in the 16th or 17th century. But there was an earlier very important shift from Ancient Egyptian "crop economy" to the Roman monetary system. Maybe we should draw some inspiration from these circulatory crop economy, and transpone it into a modern macroeconomic framework. Maybe that will help to overcome the world financial crisis. Just brwosing through associations ....

Note . ..
Jan - Thoughtful - I'm very busy this week - elderly folk issues in North Carolina, but the Napolean thing is interesting. I was talking to a student back then about Andre Breton and he felt that he had "appeared" to him - perhaps the way Tibetans look at reincarnation - you don't really reincarnate, you are the same force archtypally floating in time - I have an old friend Barr a Vietnam photographer and wild man who passed away several years ago - a huge man with a beard - and I am always telling my wife I see him in part in other people. Perhaps we share with the dead. The white buffalo was on the other side of the lake from Michigan - she was born in 2006 I believe and died two years ago - It is an interesting story - she was born in one platonic month and died in the next. when you were there at teh water star. Yes, Grass Lake is the place. German farmers. I caught on to Michigan from a German farm family from there. I was having those same kind of experiences from about 1994 on to about 2000. It is vortex at the turning of the millenia and at the center of the world. Sorry I have to go right now . . .

white buffalo
Should have said that Miracle - the white buffalo - was born in 1996 and died in 20006 somthign like that. It is an interesting story. I got a grant for a student where I worked to go talk to the Indian shaman, Floyd Hand up there in Wisconsin. The shaman dreamed that a shite buffalo would be born to a white farmer and called him up to tell him that. Three days later the white buffalo was born. The shaman said that it was born to the white man and not the Indian farmers because karma demanded that - it was the white man who was in need of this awakening.

WHITE BUFFALO, NAPOLEON
Hey Bernie,
the WHITE BUFFALO "Miracle". Great! I think, we're getting some synergies flowing here. I remember that story resonating strongly when I heard it in 2006. Maybe Tom, my farmer's friend (he was also a vagabond, a poet, a carpenter, and a womanizer) told it to me in 2000 aswell, when Miracle was still alive. I was painting the triangular roof of a garage at WATERLOO POND, GRASS LAKE, back then, but didn't fall off. Lets proceed on this, when there's time, and also the Napoleon incarnated theme. At times it seems to me there are only two types of psychoses in the Western World, the 'Napoleonic' and 'Jesus' one, and that most others are 'subtypes' of the two. Some carnal deeds trangress into the archetypical realm, i guess. Thanks, so far ...
Take care,
Jan

The Titan and the Egg -- Entering Aquarius
Hey Bernie,
I just started reading that essay you mentioned. It's marvellous. I don't have time to read it all now, as I still don't have internet access at home again (after a huge power failure), and I can't print it out aswell presently. I'll get to it some other time. Did you write this article when you had fallen off the roof, doing a paint job in Michigan? Did I get that right? 1994 to 2005, the dates you pick for the "between" milleniums period is very meaningful to me aswell, and personally marks the beginning and end of a vast shadow encounter during various voyages to the U.S., including an American fiancee, who was a believing 'satanist' at the time. Painting the roof brings me back to that ineffably serene enlightment experience on WATERLOO POND, GRASS LAKE, MI, in 2000, which would be close to the arithmetic middle of that shifting period between the worlds of pisces and aquarius. I always need siome personal biographic touch point. I feel that the two of us have found it now in the MICHIGAN experiences, and the WHITE BUFFALO theme. I'm eager to see what synergies might emerge from this 'touchstone'.
So long,
Jan

The number 8, and the letter S, are (were) often used in Christian symbolicism for "resurrection".
On an other hand, 888 is the gematria of Jesus' name in Greek, IHSOUS = 888. Gnostics already commented this, seing a correspondance in the Greek alphabet of 24 letters (8+8+ , opposing 888 to the Antechrist's number, 666.
Plenty of rather silly things on the web about Jesus=888.

888 -- ALCHEMY OF TRANSFORMATION -- AZOTH
Thanks, Remi, that's just the information I was looking for.
I feel like posting this image of the alchemy of transformation here. Don't know how it connects to this thread yet. I might move it to a different thread later ...
